What TESLA Investors Should Love Following Musk's Malibu CyberTruck Excursion
Over the weekend, Elon Musk took the new model of the electric
truck out for a drive in Malibu, California. From the moment the electric truck
was unveiled, it triggered mixed feelings, with some investors being happy
while some were sad about it. Currently, there is a very strong tendency that
investors will be happily triggered at the number of eyeballs that were largely
converted into pre-orders as the Chief Executive Officer of Telsa motors drove
the cyber truck in the streets and social haunts.
It has been reported that a few of the features of the electric truck has been modified because Tesla currently strives to make usage
of the electric truck on roads legal.
Below are some features investors should love about the new
model of the Tesla Cybertruck
·
The new model is blazing to become
road legal
Following the unveiling of the Cybertruck, questions concerning whether the electric truck was legal to be used on
roads were raised. Others, however, asked if the side mirrors of the electric
truck was in place. From a video posted on YouTube, it was revealed that the
electric truck had a single strip of light to serve as headlights at the front
and these headlights are now more regular. Telsa however, will wait for the
approval of the U.S. government for it to use the rear-looking cameras rather
than adding mirrors. There is a great possibility of this occurring because
recently, the U.S. road regulators conducted research on the possibility of
rear-looking cameras replacing side mirrors.
·
It does not have the concept of a
normal car
Last month, after the Cybertruck was
unveiled, critics lashed out at the Cybertruck having the concept of a normal
car. After the electric truck excursion over the weekend, people were wowed at
the ability of the electric truck to take the road and also its utility value.
·
The buzz the electric truck generated
on the streets and social media
In the time past, Tesla motors have
never spent any dime on advertising its new models of car. This may still be
the case of this current model of electric truck. Even though the electric
truck attracted attention on the streets and social media, the no-ad strategy
may still continue, meaning that the money saved will either be passed on to
consumers or plowed back into the company; resulting in an absolute win for investors.
·
The buzzing pre-orders
Following the weekend excursion of the new model, the truck was packed in a strategic location by Elon Musk where no one will fail to have a glimpse of it, and this attracted curious onlookers. A lot of individuals believe that the electric truck will continue to attract attention and interest. For this reason, pre-orders could continue to be on the increase. A revelation by Telsa motor CEO, Elon Musk on Twitter, showed that 250,000 pre-orders of the cyber-truck have been made. Each pre-order requires that a deposit of $100 be made. Going by this, Telsa currently has about $25 million in the bank.
