What is the definition of A lock Limit?

A Lock limit is a term used in futures trading to refer to a given price level at which trading will be halted. For example, if the lock limit on oil is $120 / barrel then once oil hits that $120 / barrel price, all oil trading above and below that price will be halted for the day.
