TEK Experts, Microsoft partners to increase more female participation in Technical Industry

Tek Experts, a distinguished international provider of professional technical support services, and Microsoft are teaming for the third year to recruit extra women into technical professions via the Microsoft Leap Program.

The Microsoft Leap Program recruits, develop, and equip women for employability in the technology industry. Tek Experts has financed the program in Nigeria since 2019 and to date, 28 women have accomplished the curriculum via classroom coaching and hands-on projects comprising real-life designs. This year, the 16-week program will assist 45 women across three Tek Experts’ localities in Nigeria, Rwanda, and Bulgaria.

Conversing of the partnership, Steve Heffron, the CEO of Tek Experts, asserted that Nigeria, Rwanda, and Bulgaria are localities of untapped technical capacity and Tek Experts is dedicated to discovering and teaching this capability to encourage them to comprehend their enormous capability.

“We are excited to collaborate with Microsoft,  to convey the third cohort of the Microsoft Leap Program, which will be held on two continents across three countries – Nigeria, Rwanda, and Bulgaria.
