JAPAUL, CHAMPION, and OANDO are the biggest losers as the NGX drops by another N51 billion

As the benchmark All-Share Index (ASI) depreciated by
20 basis points, the NGX closed on a negative note amid sell-offs and
buy-interests.
The NGX ASI ended the day at 47,156.56 points, down
0.20 percent from the previous trading day and a 10.39 percent year-to-date
performance. In the meantime, the market capitalization fell by N51.40 billion.
The stock exchange market value currently stands at
N25.41 trillion at the end of the business day on Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022.
At the end of today's session, the market breadth was
negative, with NPFMCRFBNK leading 16 gainers and JAPAULGOLD leading 29 losers.
Since the beginning of the year, the stock market has
risen by 4,440.12 basis points.
