Jaiz bank has offered to pay dividends for the period ending December 3, 2022. This is the 4th month of the year in 2023 and the Nigeria bank is just now paying it’s dividend. Jaiz bank will pay a dividend of 5 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share. See more details in the image below.
Jaiz Bank has proposed A Dividend of 5 kobo per 50kobo ordinary share, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Thursday, June 1, 2023
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Friday, June 2, 2023, to Thursday June 8, 2023
Dividend Qualification Date - Thursday, June 1, 2023
On June 14, 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose
names appear on the Register of Members as of June 1, 2023, and who have
completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay the
dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised
to download the Registrar's E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also
available on the website of the Registrars: https://africaprudential.com/forms
E-Dividend Registration offers/ complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
Unclaimed
Dividend Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained
Warrants and Share unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
