Infinity Trust Releases Earnings Forecast For Second Quarter
Infinity Trust Mortgage is a Nigerian financial services company that concerns itself with providing mortgage banking, construction finance, and other financial services to individual and corporate clients.
Licensed in 2002, it is currently one of the leading Primary Mortgage Banks in the country.
On the 25th January 2013, the bank was converted to a Public Limited Liability Company and changed its name from Infinity Trust Savings and Loans Limited to Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc. It was listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange 12 months later in December.
On Monday, the company released its earnings forecast for the second quarter of 2021.
Its gross earnings are forecasted to be N380 million, with an interest of about N283 million. Profit before and after-tax are forecasted to be approximately N147 million and N132 million respectively. Tax is at N14.7 million, with an operating income of over N187.5 million.
The company's share price is N1.36 percent, with revenue of N1.03 billion and net-income of N384 million. Analysis checks show the company's PEP ratio to be 16.59x, compared to the industry and market value of 13.3x and 7.7x respectively.
The shares have been stable over the past year, +/- 0 percent a week. It is less volatile than 75% of the stocks on the Nigerian Exchange.
Some of the bank's products include the current account, fixed-term deposit, real-estate finance, infinity premium savings account, infinity Mortgage Finance among others.
