ASOS is buying TopShop and TopMan clothing retail businesses

ASOS is an online clothing retain shop, the company had decided to expand his reach by buying Topshop and Topman in a cash and stock deal. The deal will give ASOS control over both company and we have the details for investors who maybe interested in reading about this takeover deal.
